Introduction

These Terms of Service set out the rules for using the HOC Site platform at https://hoc-site.com. Please read them carefully before continuing to use the platform or creating an account.

The platform is operated by Hüseyin Önal (VAT ID (VKN): 6550917743).

Scope and changes

These terms define the rules applicable during platform use and the parties' rights and obligations.

When we update the terms, the effective date is published on this page. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.

Material changes will be communicated where reasonable; subscription and mandatory consumer rights remain as required by law.

Service content and use

HOC Site provides software-as-a-service to create, edit, host and publish websites under a paid subscription. Features, limits and pricing depend on your selected plan.

Services are designed for lawful use. Users must comply with applicable laws, regulations and international obligations.

Hüseyin Önal reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice, subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable contract law.

The service is provided “as is”; no express guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation is given.

User obligations

Users must comply with the following rules:

Do not create, publish or distribute unlawful content or content that constitutes a criminal offence.

Do not infringe third-party intellectual property, personality or privacy rights.

Do not distribute malware, exploit security vulnerabilities or make unauthorized interference with the infrastructure.

Do not misuse the service (spam, automated abuse, excessive load, etc.).

Do not obstruct other users or visitors from using the service.

Provide accurate, current and complete contact information at registration and during use; keep account credentials confidential.

You are responsible for all activity under your account and for content you create or publish.

Account, subscription and billing

Public websites require an active paid subscription. Prices are shown on the pricing page; payments are processed via iyzico.

If payment is not made at period end, a grace period may apply before public access is suspended.

There is no automatic renewal; you pay separately for each period.

Privacy policy

For details on how personal data is collected, processed and protected, see our Privacy and cookie policy.

Intellectual property

You retain rights to content you create; you grant us a limited license to host, back up and display it to provide the service.

Platform software, interface, logos, design and documentation are owned by Hüseyin Önal and protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property law.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification, reverse engineering or distribution is prohibited.

General provisions

Users agree to use the platform lawfully and ethically for legitimate personal or business purposes and not to violate third-party rights.

You are legally and criminally responsible for your actions on the platform.

We use reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and up to date; delays or discrepancies may occur.

Links to third-party sites, apps or services may appear on the platform for convenience only; we are not responsible for third-party content.

We take reasonable measures against viruses and similar threats but do not guarantee a completely risk-free environment; users are responsible for security measures when downloading content.

Limitation of liability

Hüseyin Önal shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages arising from use of the platform, to the extent permitted by law.

Mandatory consumer rights under Turkish Law No. 6502 remain unaffected.

Indirect damages including data loss, business interruption or lost profits are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, abuse or non-payment.

Upon termination, public site access ends; data is handled per our retention policy and legal obligations.

Dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

Subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules, Konya courts and enforcement offices have authority for disputes.

Consumers may apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees, mandatory mediation under Law 6502 Art. 73/A, and Consumer Courts within monetary limits.

Final provisions

These Terms of Service are effective from 24 June 2026. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
