Delivery and return policy

1. Delivery and performance (Art. 5/1-f, Art. 16)

HOC Site is a digital SaaS service. No physical shipment.

Subscription and website access activate immediately after payment confirmation.

Performance is concurrent with payment confirmation.

If the seller fails to perform, you may terminate the contract; amounts collected are refunded within fourteen days with statutory interest from receipt of termination notice (Art. 16).

2. Subscription period and renewal

Monthly or yearly billing as selected at checkout. Yearly plans: eleven months charged (one month free).

The total shown is the all-in amount for that billing period, including taxes.

No automatic renewal; you pay separately for each period. Non-payment ends the subscription.

Not paying the next period stops future renewal only; it is not the same as exercising withdrawal rights.

3. Withdrawal period (Art. 9)

For service contracts, consumers may withdraw within fourteen (14) days from the contract date without giving reasons and without penalty.

Notice before the period expires is sufficient.

4. How to withdraw (Art. 11)

Send written notice or durable medium (email) to the seller before the fourteen-day period expires.

Include your name, email, order/subscription date, service description and amount paid.

Sample: “I hereby withdraw from my subscription contract dated … under the Distance Selling Agreement.” No signature required for email.

We send confirmation without undue delay after receiving your notice.

You bear the burden of proof for withdrawal; keep a copy of your notice and send date.

5. Deficient pre-contract information (Art. 10)

If you were not properly informed about withdrawal rights, you are not bound by the fourteen-day limit.

In that case the extended period ends one year after the normal withdrawal period would have ended.

If proper information is given within that year, the fourteen-day period starts from the date of proper information.

6. Withdrawal exceptions (Art. 15/1-ğ, h)

For electronically performed services delivered immediately (Art. 15/1-ğ), withdrawal may not apply under statutory exceptions.

If you consent to immediate performance before the withdrawal period ends (Art. 15/1-h), you may lose withdrawal rights for the portion already performed.

The checkout checkbox records your request for immediate activation and acknowledgment of possible limits.

7. Refunds (Art. 12)

On valid withdrawal, all payments are refunded within fourteen (14) days of receipt of your notice.

Refund is made once, via the same payment method where possible, without extra cost to you.

Card refunds may take several business days depending on your bank.

No physical goods are returned; refund applies to the amount paid only.

8. Withdrawal and ancillary contracts (Art. 14)

If you withdraw, ancillary contracts terminate automatically.

You are not liable for costs, compensation or penalties except where you used the service contrary to contract (not applicable to normal SaaS use).

9. Non-withdrawal situations

If the withdrawal period has passed or an exception applies, you may still contact support; statutory rights remain reserved.

Partial refunds for unused periods are evaluated case-by-case where required by law; no automatic pro-rata refund is promised.
